B. Solar energy potential for the building
The simpli
ed model of the residence meets the current standards for a living area
and space volume needed for a four-member family while keeping the particulars of
the southeast region of Romania. From climatic condition of the Galati city and
location of the building using PVGIS data [

], we obtain the following monthly
variation of the horizontal irradiation (Fig.
