Oracle Social Cloud is a cloud service that helps manage and scale the rela-
tionship with customers on social media channels. Oracle has integrated
the best-in-class social relationship management (SRM) components—
social listening, social engagement, social publishing, social content and
apps, and social analytics—into one unified cloud service to give you the
most complete SRM solution on the market.
Oracle Social Relationship Management (SRM) enables organizations to
socially enable the way they do business, but without the cost and complex-
ity of social silos. It's a strategy to be more engaging and responsive at scale,
listen, and respond at the speed of social media with a consistency and trans-
parency customers will value. Oracle SRM includes three social solutions:
