Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof (Central Coach Station)
Eurolines is the umbrella organisation of dozens of long-haul operators connecting 500 des-
tinations across Europe.
Most long-haul buses arrive at the Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof (ZOB; GOOGLE MAP ;

The closest U-Bahn station is Kaiserdamm, about 400m north and served by the U2 line,
which takes you to Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten in about 8 minutes and to Alexanderplatz
in 28 minutes. Tickets cost €2.60.
The nearest S-Bahn station is Messe Süd/ICC about 200m east of ZOB. It is served by the
Ringbahn (circle line) S41/42, which is handy if you're headed for such districts as Pren-
zlauer Berg, Friedrichshain or Neukölln. You need an AB ticket (€2.60).
Budget about €14 for the taxi ride to the western city centre and €22 to the eastern city
centre.
