With its first flagship store in Germany, Uniqlo brings Japanese style to Berlin in a suitably
futuristic setting complete with rotating mannequins and LED ticker tapes decorating the
staircases. Clothes are displayed on Bauhaus-inspired furniture. Note that the sizes are a bit
odd: if you're normally a 28, you'll probably need a 25 or 26 here.

Vendors vie for your euros with yesteryear's fur coats, silverware, jewellery, lamps, dolls,
hats and plenty of other stuff one might find in granny's attic. West of Tiergarten S-Bahn
station, this is Berlin's oldest flea market (since 1973). The attached arts and crafts market
sells mostly new stuff.
