In-Depth Information
It's not the hot spot it once was, but summer nights on the riverside terrace are magical in
this Prussian bread factory turned stylish nosh and party spot. Sit at a long table or lounge
on a platform bed while tucking into seasonal fusion fare. The equally dazzling interior
morphs into a dance club after 11pm on Friday and Saturday.

A TASTE OF BERLIN
In recent years a flurry of indie boutique-beverage purveyors has cropped up in Berlin.
Look for them at kiosks, cool bars and pubs and even supermarkets. Here are our fa-

the ever-innovative Michelberger Hotel crew who teamed up with a coconut farm in
Thailand to bring us this 100% fresh coconut water in jazzily retro cans. Health nuts
drink it pure, the rest with a shot of vodka, rum or gin.
