The reason naming things this way is so useful is because it allows you to name resources
of different types with the same title. For example, you might have an object called
player and also a sprite called player . This would actually cause an error in
GameMaker as you are not allowed to have two resources with the same name. The code
words make the names different, and allow for you to easily see what kind of resource is
being mentioned when reading over the code.
