lunch—another Dijon work of art that can't be hurried. Whatever entree you select,
we are certain that you will want to enhance it with a dab or so of Dijon mustard.
A word of caution—make that dab a small one, and determine first if it suits your
palate. Dijon's favorite condiment has some varieties that exceed the fire power of
any Mexican pepper.
Dijon's railway station is unique in that its main hall is circular. Train information
is available in the area marked INFORMATION VOYAGEURS on the right as you enter
the main hall of the station. Hours: 0800-1915 Monday-Friday, 0900-1700
Saturday-Sunday. A map showing the location of the city's tourist information of-
fice in relation to the rail station is displayed prominently in the station's foyer.
