neath the church. In the late 1800s, a wood-carver was hired to bring some sort of
order to the over 40,000 human skeletons. He created bizarre works of art out of
the human bones, including garlands of skulls, and a giant chandelier that includes
at least one of each bone in the human body. Ossuary hours: November-February
0900-1600, April-September 0800-1800, October and March 0900-1700; ad-
mission 60 CZK. Cathedral hours: April-October, 0900-1700 Monday-Saturday,
1100-1700 Sunday; November-March, 1000-1600 Monday-Saturday, 1100-1600
