Short-Term Memory Phenomena

Purpose: The purpose is to demonstrate an extended burst of pulses interpreted
psychologically to be short-term memory.
Note that charge storage in a dendrite is modeled by changing the voltage
reference of a segment from

70 mV to some higher voltage above the trigger

threshold of 55 mV; for example:

vcontrol 30 0 -50 mV

Timed bursts are accomplished using:
vcontrol 30 0 pwl(0 -70mv 1 ms -50 mV 40 ms -50 mV 41 ms -70 mV)
