It feels a little sketchy when you enter through the courtyard, off a side street in the heart of
Kitay Gorod. The surrounding buildings are rather decrepit, but the interior of this minihotel
is fresh, with 20 simple rooms on the first two floors. It's nothing fancy, but you'll find ac-
ceptable, Ikea-style furnishings, high ceilings and plenty of natural light.
Breakfast is served in the rooms.
