he registration clerks will verify that the prerequisites are satisied. If a prerequisite is not
satisied or a class is full, the student will be asked to choose a diferent class. If the registration is
conirmed, the student will get a receipt like the one shown in Table 2.4.
he class id is necessary since the same course may be taught in more than one class. If asked
by the student, the registration clerk will print the transcript in the format shown in Table 2.5.
After the information is collected, the next task is to extract the useful components for the
database design.
