11. Once the Create Storage Connection String dialog is opened, click the option
Manually Entered Credentials
. hen, enter the recorded account name and account
key as shown in Figure 10.17. hen, click

12. After the connection string is conigured, you are ready to publish MyWebForm to the
cloud. Right click the cloud project
MyWebForm.Azure
and select
Publish
. On the
Windows Azure Publish Sign In page, click the link
Sign in to download credentials
as
shown in Figure 10.18.
13. When prompted, enter the e-mail address used for your Windows Azure Management
Portal. Assume that you have a Hotmail e-mail account. Click the link
Sign in
Hotmail.com
. Enter the password for your Windows Azure Management Portal and
log on to the portal. he download web page is opened as shown in Figure 10.19. hen,
click the
Save
button.
14. Click
View Downloads
. You should be able to see the downloaded ile saved to the
Downloads folder as shown in Figure 10.20. hen, click
Close
.
15. After the ile is downloaded, click the
Import
button shown in Figure 10.18. Navigate
to the
Downloads
folder and select the downloaded
PUBLISHSETTINGS
ile as
shown in Figure 10.21. hen, click
Open
.
16. Click Next to go to the
Windows Azure Publish Settings
page. When prompted,
type a name for a Windows Azure cloud service and select a location as shown in
Figure 10.22. hen, click
OK
.

Windows Azure Publish Settings
page as shown in Figure 10.23. Choose
Staging
from the Environment drop-down
