the cloud computing platform. hrough Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud subscribers can get
virtual network servers, virtual desktop computers, data storage, and IP addresses. he IaaS service
provided by AWS does not have to tie to a speciic cloud provider's software. he cloud subscrib-
ers can install their own existing software on the infrastructure provided by AWS. his advantage
provides an opportunity for a cloud subscriber to install free or open source software such as open
source database MySQL. Another key feature provided by AWS is the Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
technology. he VPC technology allows cloud subscribers to create their own private network in a
cloud. he virtual machines with properly assigned IP addresses can still be reached through the
Internet Gateway and remote desktop connection. AWS also provides the Moonwalk program,
which is a large-scale data management solution for cloud subscribers. hrough Moonwalk, cloud
subscribers can move their data from one platform such as Windows to another platform such as
Linux, or vice versa. Another advantage of AWS is that it can integrate a company's private cloud
with Amazon's public cloud. he IaaS service provided through AWS is very lexible. It even allows
another third-party cloud provider to provide SaaS and PaaS services through AWS.

In addition to the SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud services, the personal cloud has become a new trend
in cloud computing. hrough a personal cloud, cloud subscribers are able to access all of their
personal data anywhere and anytime. he personal cloud subscribers can share their personal data
such as photos, movies, contacts, e-mail, and documents with their friends, family, and coworkers
online. With the services provided by the personal cloud, the subscribers are able to store, retrieve,
and organize their own data online. With the personal cloud, a subscriber can update, backup, and
replicate all the personal data across his/her mobile devices.
iCloud is this type of cloud to allow a subscriber to store his/her music, photos, documents, and
more, and it wirelessly pushes them to all his/her devices automatically, efortlessly, and seamlessly.
