6.4.7 Protection Against DNase Degradation by DDMC
6.4.7.1 Measurement of DNase Degradation
Toluidine Blue (TB) and DNA form a complex by stain reaction [
46
]. The stain
reaction between TB and DNA was carried out by adding 1 mL of 0.005 % TB
solution (pH 7.0) to 1 mL of DNA solution (10 mg/mL, from Salmon sperm).
