in selected biological processes. Heat maps represent values and signs of single
gene modulations associated to selected biological processes. Genes related to
immune system processes and actin cytoskeleton organization were modulated
by the three vector systems, but only HD-CAV-2 prevalently induced cell cycle
transcripts.
