Biological processes related to cell cycle, DNA metabolism and repair were signifi -
cantly modifi ed in cells treated with HD-CAV-2, conversely those linked to cell adhe-
sion, system development, cell motility, actin cytoskeleton organization, and immune
system were signifi cantly enriched in cells transduced with HD-HAd. This analysis
also shows that if gene groups, rather than single transcripts, are taken into consid-
eration, vector specifi c traits can be recognized in the cell response beyond the
background noise of the variations induced by the experimental system
