The choice of an optimal solution should be based on detailed technical and
economic evaluation.
• Enforcement of by-law regulations regarding limits of metal concentrations of effluents
discharged in to the sewer system.
• Strict application of a proper irrigation practice, based on a rotating principle of
irrigation of selected plots and a regular loading of the whole active area.
