Along Layout
The
Along
option creates a pattern along a selected curve or edge. On the
Pattern Feature
dialog, select
Layout > Along
, and then click on the feature to pattern. Under the
Direction
1
section, click
Select Path
and select a curve or edge. If the path has tangent continuous
curves, then select
Curve Rule > Tangent Curves
on the
Top Border Bar
. Now, you can
select the path in a single click.
Under the
Direction 1
section, select
Spacing > Count and Span
. Type-in values in the
Count
and
%Span By
boxes. You have to enter
100
in the
%Span By
box to create pat-
tern along the complete curve.
