tie lines should not be recited in deeds; rather, the description should state the
dimensions along the water boundary even if they are termed “more or less”. The
deed should call for the plan which shows the tie line. As the plan will then be
incorporated into the deed, both the attorney and the surveyor will have the infor-
mation they need.
