TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES
Like most islands of the Caribbean, the Cayman I slands should do
more to welcome vacationers with disabilities. If you're traveling with a
disability, we'd recommend that you confine your visit to G rand Cay-
man and not the r emote “adventure” islands of Cayman B rac or Little
Cayman. Your best bet is to check into one of the major r esorts along
Seven Mile Beach, which are far more accessible than the smaller lodg-
ings on the island. It is always advisable to call the hotel of y our choice
and personally discuss your needs before booking a vacation.
Organizations that offer a vast range of resources and assistance to
travelers with disabilities include
