For instance, we found that the Winsor-II-type system based on a TC-loaded
W/O microemulsion system of the well-known sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)
sulfosuccinate (AOT) lost its stability when it was emulsifi ed in the presence
of F127, thus forming a structureless TC-in-water emulsion instead of an EME
(data not shown).
