In the top-left corner, click the
Firefox
button and select the
Add-ons
menu option, as shown in Figure 8-10, which will open a new tab.
Alternatively, you can use the shortcut
Ctrl+Shift+A.

Add-ons Manage
tab, enter firebug in the search field in the top-
right corner and click
enter
to submit your search.

Click the
Install
button beside the Firebug search result (third option in
Figure 8-11).

Once installed, you'll need to restart Firefox for Firebug to be activated.
