Select the new application, and then go to the SharedComponents
section. Under the User Interface region, click the “Plug-ins” link, as
shown in Figure 2-1.

The Plug-ins page displays all the current plug-ins associated with your
application, as shown in Figure 2-2. Click the Create button to create a
new plug-in.
