If the SOAP is specified, the BAM Adapter sends a SOAP request to the
BAM Web Service interface, which in turn invokes the Active Data Cache

Configuring the Oracle BAM Adapter
In order to use the Oracle BAM Adapter in SOA composites, you need to config-
ure the Oracle BAM Adapter in the WebLogic Server console as follows:
1.
Enter the Oracle WebLogic Server console URL (
ht-
tp://<hostname>:7001/console
) in a web browser. Log in using the
users with administrator roles, such as
weblogic
.

In the
Domain Structure
pane, click on
Deployments
.
3.
In the
Deployments
table, find and click on
OracleBamAdapter
in the
Name
column.
4.
Click on the
Configuration
tab and
Outbound Connection Pools
sub
tab.

In the
Outbound Connection Pool Configuration Table
, expand
or-
acle.bam.adapter.adc.RMIConnectionFactory
, and click on
eis/bam/
rmi
, which is the JNDI location for the RMI connection factory.
