To access the
BAM Architect
web application, you need to
log in as a user with the
Administrator
or
Report Architect
Application
role. If you see some buttons grayed out in the
BAM start page, then the most likely cause is that the user is
not granted the corresponding roles to access one of these
applications. By default, the WebLogic user defined in the en-
terprise LDAP server is mapped to the Administrator Applic-
ation Role, which has the privileges to access all BAM web
applications. We are not going to cover Application Roles and
their privileges in this section, as you will see more discussion
about this topic in
