Since Active Data processing in the Report Server is the last step in the pro-
cessing chain at the server side, the confirmation of a successful Active Data
processing in the Report Server implies that Active Data processing in the Re-
port Cache and the Active Data Cache are also successful. Thus, it is best prac-
tice to start diagnosing the Report Server first, and then move on to the Report
Cache and the Active Data Cache for further analysis.
To diagnose the Active Data issues in the Report Server, enable the loggers as
shown in the following table:
