You can use Node Manager to start and stop the Administra-
tion Server. However, it is best practice to start/stop the Ad-
ministration Server using the
startWebLogic.cmd
on Win-
dows or
startWebLogic.sh
script on Unix/Linux.
Propagating domain directories
As shown in the following table, the domain location for the Administration Serv-
er and the Managed Servers are different in a HA environment:
