There's a feast for all seasons when it comes to partying north of downtown
Miami. The bars, pubs and clubs here, which stretch from rough Overtown to artsy
Midtown to the long vistas of Biscayne Blvd, run a veritable gamut of styles: there
are posh lounges where statuesque models in wedge heels sip chardonnay; gay
dive bars where karaoke is often on the menu; studio spaces that have been con-
verted into kickin' live-music venues; and quite a few eccentric examples that
