Folks of all walks, corporate suits included, come here for fresh juice, delicious wraps (ve-
ggie options are great but the tuna melt is divine) and old-Grove neighborliness. The Car-
rot's endurance next to massive CocoWalk is testament to the quality of its good-for-your-
body food served in a good-for-your-soul setting.

This little Coconut Grove joint does two things very well: burgers and smart ingredient
sourcing. The former come in several variations, all utilizing excellent beef (bar the oat-
bran-based veggie version); we love the frita, which adds in guava sauce. The latter comes
in the form of genuine farm-to-table relationships; there's a reason the avocado slices are
so beautiful.

It takes a lot to stand out in Miami's crowded tapas-spot stakes. Bread that has a crackling
crust and a soft center, delicate explosions of bacalao (cod) fritters and the best eels
cooked in garlic we've ever eaten secure Xixon's status as a top tapas contender. The bo-
cadillo (sandwiches), with their blood red Serrano ham and salty Manchego cheese, are
great picnic fare.

Lulu is the Grove's exemplar of using local, organic ingredients to provide gourmet ver-
sions of comfort food in a nice outdoor setting. Well, there is an interior dining space, and
