this dark-paneled chophouse offers oak-grilled steaks,
pork ribs, smoked duck breast and rack of lamb. Every old-school meal comes with a veg-
gie tray, garlic bread, shrimp cocktail or soup, salad and potatoes. The Hitching Post
makes its own pinot noir, and it's damn good (wine tastings at the bar start at 4pm).
