On a nice day, Richardson Bay is irresistible. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards can be
rented here, near the Bay Model Visitor Center. No experience is necessary, and lessons
and group outings are also available.
Also on offer are guided kayaking excursions around Angel Island from $75 per person,
including overnight camping ($125). Tours include equipment and instructions. May
through October is the best time to paddle.
