If you're always in a hurry, you'll welcome this delicious, quick- cooking vegetable in
your garden and kitchen. Chinese broccoli cooks up like ordinary broccoli, but it's even
easier to prepare. It's eaten stems and all, like the European broccoli rabe. Just to con-
fuse things, it's sometimes called Chinese kale despite its resemblance to broccoli. It is
also sometimes called white flowering broccoli.
