In-Depth Information
7. Determination and optimism: These go side by side. You have to be deter-
mined to achieve your goals and optimistic that you are going to achieve them.
8. Stand up for yourself: Face up to criticism. Be your own greatest defender. Do
not let them “cut you down to size.” They will try - it is part of human nature.
9. Build a good team: You are only as great a leader as the weakest link in
your chain. You have to build your team, nurture them, and make them
strong and efficient. They are the ones who will help you achieve your
goals. Without them you are just a one-woman army.
10. Do not be afraid to experiment and try new things.
