CONCLUSIONS
Although an individual may possess leadership strengths, no one is born a
leader. The passion you have for your cause creates the desire to lead and con-
tribute more. Your innate abilities may have given you a start, but your leader-
ship role will continue to grow. If you want to succeed, you will have to keep
growing both as a person and a leader so that you fit that role. There are two
main factors in which you will have to accomplish prior to reaching that desired
leadership role.
The first factor is how to learn to work with your strengths and weak-
nesses. You are what you are - use your inherent powers to their optimum
capacity.

The second factor of your growth that will give you the advantage over others
is that of knowledge and learning. The more you know about your cause, your
opposition, and the environment you work in, the stronger you are. And the
stronger you are, the faster you grow.

Remember that we have to invest in becoming leaders. Like every other area
of life, the returns we get on our investment depend on both how much and how
