File upload items
The
APEX_APPLICATION_FILES
database view will only show those iles associated
with "your" database account (or workspace). You need to prevent the iles from
being accessed by unauthorized people. Use the
Allow Public File Upload
attribute
to control whether unauthenticated users can upload iles in the application or not.

An Application Express instance can be secured in different ways.
