Kralan: Bamboo tubes filled with sticky rice, coconut milk, and black beans cooked over
charcoal and sold bundled together by street vendors.
Chook: Seeds of the lotus flower, which are sold in bundles of three or five heads so you
can pop out the seeds, peel them, and eat them like garden peas.
