Create Sketch
dialog, click
OK
to start the sketch.

On the ribbon, click
Home > Direct Sketch > Profile
.

Click on the origin point to define the first point of the line.

Create a closed loop by selecting points, as shown below.

Home > Direct Sketch > Geometric Constraints

On the
Geometric Constraints
dialog, click the
Collinear
button. Click on
the two horizontal lines at the bottom; they become collinear.
