Biss - (1,8 - naphthoilene - 1,2 - benzimidazole) was synthesized at interaction of bis -
(0 - phenylene diamines) of different structure with naphthalic anhydride according to the
scheme [127]:
Electronic spectra of obtained compounds and presented in Figures 1.1 and 1.2 are
characterized by absorption at λ e max =410-430 nm and luminescence at λ e max =510=530 nm .
Clear peaks of spectra of synthesized compounds luminescence speak about high purity of
obtained products.
Criteria of compounds thermostability were temperatures: of melting, beginning of
compounds decomposition, loss of initial mass by 5, 10 and 25%. These data are given in
Table 2.
