Monitoring Cisco Unity Connection
Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) includes a variety of built-in reports to help administrators
track the server's health and performance, as well as the activities of the users. This chap-
ter introduces the use and content of many of these reports.
The “Do I Know This Already?” quiz allows you to assess whether you should read this
entire chapter or simply jump to the “Exam Preparation Tasks” section for review. If you
are in doubt, read the entire chapter. Table 17-1 outlines the major headings in this chapter
