CHAPTER 16
Management and Troubleshooting of
Cisco Unified Communications
Manager
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is a large and complex application and,
in most deployments, it is considered “mission critical,” which means that when trouble
happens, it is important to be able to find out what is wrong and fix it quickly. A solid
troubleshooting methodology will help you keep your head when everyone around you is
losing theirs.
