Administrator and End-User
Interfaces
Each Unified Communications application has several different administrative interfaces
to provide configuration and maintenance functionality. End users also have an interface
to allow them to customize their own environment. This chapter reviews the interfaces for
the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC),
and Cisco Unified Presence (CUP) products.
