Financial District
is made up of buildings that house the headquarters and
local offices of many of the major players in the financial industry; including the Federal
Reserve Bank of New York and the New York Stock Exchange, located on Wall Street. The
district was also home to the World Trade Centers, which are currently being replaced by the
'One World Trade Center' building (due to be opened sometime in 2014).
