In-Depth Information
Size of name of an axis if as.axes is TRUE.
ax.name.size
If set to TRUE axes are calibrated. Defaults to FALSE.
calibrate
Currently only dim.plot = 2 is implemented.
dim.plot
If set to TRUE lambda-scaling is applied. Defaults to
FALSE.
lambda
See PCAbipl.
line.length
Size of markers on axes.
marker.size
Colour of markers on axes.
marker.col
See PCAbipl.
n.int
See PCAbipl.
offset
See PCAbipl.
pos
See PCAbipl.
pos.m
If set to TRUE, samples are also drawn resulting in a joint
plot. Default is FALSE.
samples.plot
See PCAbipl.
side.label
If set to TRUE, the points for the variables are plotted as
VJ instead of V J (the default; see Section 10.2.1 for
details)
VJ.plot
See PCAbipl.zoom
zoomval
Value
In addition to a covariance monoplot a list with the following two components is returned:
cov.X , the covariance matrix of X and cor.X , the correlation matrix of X .
10.5.2 Function MonoPlot.cor
This is a function for constructing the correlation monoplot defined in Section 10.2.2. It
shares the following arguments with MonoPlot.cov :
X
ax.name.col
lambda
offset.m
as.axes
ax.name.size
n.int
pos
axis.col
dim.plot
offset
pos.m
Arguments specific to MonoPlot.cor
Defaults to TRUE, requesting arrows to be drawn from the
origin to each point representing a variable.
arrows
Number of calibrations on monoplot axes.
calib.no
Defaults to TRUE, requesting a circle with unit radius to be
drawn.
circle
Defaults to TRUE, requesting plotting the variables as points.
plot.vars.points
Defaults to TRUE, requesting printing as part of the axis label
the measure of how well each variable approximates
unit.cor.approx , described below.
print.ax.approx
