In-Depth Information
A two-component vector specifying the bandwith to be
used by kde2d in the x and y directions. The default
of NULL indicates that the default bandwith of kde2d
is used.
bandwidth
A vector of at least two components specifying the
colours of the density response surface. There are
cuts.density-1 colours interpolated between the
components of colours.density . Default is
c("green", "yellow", "red") .
colours.density
Number of interpolated colours to be used in the density
response surface. Default is 50.
cuts.density
Arguments dens.ax.cex , dens.ax.tcl and
dens.mgp are used for fine-tuning the colour key.
Default of dens.ax.cex is 0.6.
dens.ax.cex
Arguments dens.ax.cex , dens.ax.tcl and
dens.mgp are used for fine-tuning the colour key.
Default of dens.ax.tcl is - 0.2.
dens.ax.tcl
Arguments dens.ax.cex , dens.ax.tcl and
dens.mgp are used for fine-tuning the colour key.
Default of dens.mgp is c(0, -0.25, 0) .
dens.mgp
Specify if density contours are added to the density
response surface. Default is FALSE.
draw.densitycontours
A two-component vector specifying the top and bottom
panels in the graph window. The top panel is where
the biplot is constructed and the bottom panel
provides for the colour key. Default is c(100, 10) .
layout.heights
Control the margins surrounding the colour key. Default
is c(2,5,0,5) .
parlegendmar.dens
Integer value to be used as the argument n in function
kde2d to specify the number of grid points to be used
in each direction. Defaults to 100.
smooth.n
Single integer or string specifying the sample points to
be used for the density plot. Specifying
"allsamples" results in all the rows of the input
matrix to be used. When argument G is used as an
indicator matrix specifying a group structure in the
data, any one of the groups can be specified by
selecting one of the column names of G .
specify.density.class
3.7.4 Function PCAbipl.density.zoom
Analogous to PCAbipl.zoom , the function PCAbipl.density.zoom provides zooming
functionality for PCAbipl.density through its argument zoomval .
