Vector control is an advanced method to control electrical machines [Quan08]. An
example of vector control of a WES with doubly-fed asynchronous generator is il-
lustrated in Fig. 6.14 [Mue02]. Generator power and reactive power are controlled
independently by means of two PI-controllers. From measured values of terminal
