SUMMARy
Creating data fluency within your organization is a complex task. It requires
individuals who speak the language of data, skilled producers of data products,
an organizational culture with the conditions to support data discussions, and
the systems, tools, and ecosystem to create and share data products. In this
chapter, we outlined the core components of the data fluency framework, our
roadmap for improving organizational data fluency. These core components
include data literate consumers, skilled data producers, the data fluent culture
and the data product ecosystem.
