ORGANIZATION SCORES

An organization that takes the DFI will receive a score for each of the four
components of the Data Fluency Framework. The score for each component
is calculated as the percentage of total points earned out of the total available
points. An organization might score 80 percent for Data Consumer Fluency,
75 percent on Data Product Authoring, 65 percent for Data Fluent Culture,
and 65 percent for the Data Product Ecosystem.

COMPONENT 1: DATA CONSuMER LITERACY

The following questions evaluate the skills of an individual with respect to
data consumption within the context of an organization. Do I have the skills
needed today to be a conscientious data consumer within the context of my
organization? Questions in this part of the DFI also ask employees to evaluate
their colleagues with respect to data consumption skills.
