Customizable
Build in flexibility to allow the data presentation to become relevant for differ-
ent users. The most common way to allow users to customize the dashboard
is by defining the scope of the data by using filters. Beyond filters, other types
of functionality that enable customization include the ability to save a view of
the data that they've configured and features to tag or highlight items that are
important to the user.
Explanation before Information
Users need context and explanations to understand new and unfamiliar
