Color to Display Data
When you use color in your graphs to represent data, consider three types
of color schemes:
Sequential —When you order values from low to high
Divergent —When the values are ordered and there is a critical mid-
point (for example, an average or zero)
Categorical —When data falls into distinct groups (for example, coun-
tries) and therefore requires contrast between adjacent colors
