This will result in a response email that contains a compressed GRIB file with current
forecast data. The file can be opened and displayed by OpenCPN's GRIB Viewer plug-in,
indicating current strength by color and direction by arrows.
The meaning of each of the lines in the email request above is as follows:
@mto@reqt@grib@ : remains the same for every request
A 1 : remains the same for every request
Z 154.750 -30.250 6.500 7.500 : The rectangle for the forecast, given
as longitude and latitude of the center point of the rectangle (with west longitude
and south latitude represented by negative values), followed by its width and
height in degrees
